Unauthenticated secure-call termination via SRTP replay

Incorrect access controls in res_srtp.c in Sangoma Asterisk 13.38.1 allow remote unauthenticated attackers to terminate secure calls via SRTP replay. The SRTP handling code accepts replayed packets when strict RTP validation is not enabled, allowing packets to tear down an established secure call. The attack requires network reachability to the media exchange and causes call interruption without confidentiality or integrity impact.
