Stack disclosure via unchecked DHCP option length

Out-of-bounds read in ConnMan gdhcp before 1.39 allows network-adjacent attackers to disclose sensitive stack data via crafted DHCP options. dhcp_get_option scans the fixed-size options buffer without using the received packet length, so a truncated option makes it read a length byte or option data beyond the packet. No authentication or user interaction is required; the disclosure makes exploitation of other gdhcp memory-corruption flaws more reliable.
