Authenticated 2FA secret disclosure via user API

Information disclosure in Directus 8.x through 8.8.1 allows remote authenticated users to read user profiles and 2FA secrets. The /users/{id} API returns complete user records, including the 2fa_secret field, without enforcing field-level access restrictions. A logged-in account is required; the exposure compromises the affected user's second authentication factor but does not disclose a password by itself.
