Unauthenticated support-dump disclosure via exposed endpoint
Published Aug 5, 2021 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Information disclosure in HPE Edgeline Infrastructure Manager before 1.24 allows remote attackers to download sensitive support logs. The unauthenticated /eim/v1/supportdump endpoint returns a gzip-compressed concatenation of troubleshooting logs containing sensitive configuration. Network access to the appliance web server is sufficient; the published behavior reads diagnostic data without altering configuration or service availability.
