Command execution via unescaped gitDiff arguments

Command injection in Wayfair git-parse before 1.0.5 allows attackers to execute arbitrary OS commands through the gitDiff function. gitDiff constructs a shell command from caller-controlled arguments without neutralizing shell metacharacters. Exploitation requires a consuming application to pass untrusted input to gitDiff; injected commands run with that application's privileges.
