Unrestricted file upload in Vembu VembuBDR and VembuOffsiteDR before 4.2.0.1 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code. The unauthenticated /sgwebservice_o.php logFilePath action writes attacker-controlled path and value parameters into the web root. Network access to the HTTP service is sufficient; requesting a written PHP file executes it in the web server process context.
