Unauthenticated SYSTEM command execution via accountID injection

OS command injection in VembuBDR and VembuOffsiteDR before 4.2.0.1 allows remote attackers to execute commands as SYSTEM. The download.php API passes the attacker-controlled accountID command argument to Windows command processing without neutralizing command separators. The endpoint requires no authentication, and successful exploitation grants full control of the affected Windows host.
