CVE-2021-26333

Local information disclosure via permissive driver DACL

Published Sep 21, 2021 · Updated May 28, 2026

Information disclosure in AMD PSP Driver before 5.17.0.0 allows local users to read data from uninitialized physical memory pages. An overly permissive driver-device DACL lets low-privileged processes open a handle and issue requests that return uncleared physical pages. Local code execution under a low-privileged account is required; exposed pages can contain residual data that was moved or paged out.
