Improper suspension enforcement in cPanel before 92.0.9 allows remote authenticated users with old-style MySQL hashes to retain database access. The vendor and CNA records do not disclose which suspension-control locus mishandles legacy password hashes or how the check fails. Exploitation requires a suspended MySQL account using the legacy hash format and bypasses only the intended suspension restriction.
