Improper access control in Philips MRI 1.5T and MRI 3T 5.3 through 5.8.1 allows local users to access protected resources. The affected software fails to enforce an access restriction, but Philips has not identified the resource, permission check, or software locus involved. Physical access and valid login credentials are required; successful exploitation enables file viewing or updates and patient-data export.
