Victim-session script execution via reflected feedback input
Published May 7, 2021 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Reflected XSS in LivingLogic XIST4C before 0.107.8 allows remote attackers to execute script through crafted feedback links. The feedback.htm, feedback.prhtm, and feedback.wihtm handlers place user-controlled request values into HTML output without neutralization. Exploitation requires a victim to follow a manipulated link, allowing script execution in the victim's browser session without server compromise.
