Stored XSS via unneutralized filter names

Stored XSS in Export HTML Report in affected Atlassian Jira Server and Jira Data Center releases allows remote attackers to execute script. A filter name is inserted into the exported HTML report without neutralizing HTML or JavaScript, so the saved name becomes executable content. A Jira account able to create a filter and a user who opens its HTML report are required; affected releases are before 8.5.14, 8.6.0 through 8.13.5, and 8.14.0 through 8.16.0.
