Cross-site scripting in Atlassian Jira Server before 8.5.14 allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary HTML or JavaScript via EditWorkflowScheme.jspa. The EditWorkflowScheme.jspa handler renders workflow-scheme input without sufficient HTML or JavaScript neutralization, allowing injected script to execute in a viewer's browser. Exploitation is remote and requires a victim to load the affected page; script can alter page content or perform actions allowed to that session, with no service interruption reported.
