Authenticated reinstallation via context JWT acceptance

Broken authentication in Atlassian Connect Spring Boot 1.1.0 through 2.1.2 allows remote authenticated users to reinstall apps. Its JWT verifier accepts context JWTs without a qsh claim at lifecycle endpoints that require server-to-server JWTs, bypassing request URL and query integrity checks. A valid context JWT and a Connect app using authentication are required; successful requests can replace app installation state and associated configuration.
