Forced data exports via missing CSRF token checks

Cross-site request forgery in Joomla! CMS 3.0.0 through 3.9.26 allows remote attackers to trigger data downloads through a logged-in user’s browser. The com_banners and com_sysinfo data-download endpoints process requests without verifying a CSRF token. Exploitation requires user interaction and an authenticated session, causing the application to accept an unintended request under that user’s authority.
