Administrator browser script execution via unsanitized sender names

Stored XSS in ifme 1.0.0 through 7.31.4 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in an administrator browser session. Notification helpers interpolate the stored sender name into generated HTML without sanitization; the patch adds sanitization and an email fallback. An attacker account must send an ally request, and an administrator must view the resulting notification; the script then receives the browser session's access.
