Stored XSS via unrestricted HTML resource upload

Stored XSS in Publify Core 8.0 through 9.2.4 allows remote authenticated users to inject JavaScript through an uploaded HTML file. ResourceUploader accepts text/html resources because it lacks a content-type allowlist, leaving active markup stored in the media library. Publisher-role access is required, and execution requires another user to open the resource, exposing data and actions available to that browser session.
