Blind SSRF in ArangoDB 3.7.0 through 3.9.0-alpha.1 allows remote authenticated users to send requests to localhost through Foxx. The Foxx remote-install path accepts an HTTP(S) service URL and fetches it server-side without restricting localhost destinations. Reaching the management feature requires a highly privileged account, and responses are not disclosed, limiting impact to blind internal requests.
