CVE-2021-25925Network attack vector

Authenticated stored XSS via unsanitized form input

Published Apr 12, 2021 · Updated Apr 30, 2025

Stored cross-site scripting in SiCKRAGE 4.2.0 through 10.0.11.dev1 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript via saved input. BaseHandler.get_argument returned form parameters without HTML sanitization, allowing stored payloads to persist and execute when rendered. Exploitation requires an authenticated user who can submit data and another user interaction with the affected page; impact is limited to script-controlled reads or actions in the victim session.
