Command execution via missing content-type verification

CSRF in Thoughtworks GoCD 19.6.0 through 21.1.0 allows remote attackers to execute system commands through a victim's browser. BackupConfigControllerV1 applied response content types but failed to verify request content types on its base and wildcard routes, permitting cross-origin form requests to the backup API. Exploitation requires an authenticated administrator to follow attacker-controlled content and can alter backup settings or run a post_backup_script as the GoCD server account.
