Process crash via panic-triggered double drop

Double free in the fil-ocl Rust crate allows attackers to crash a consuming process by triggering a panic during EventList conversion. From uses ptr::read to move array elements, invokes the caller-defined Into conversion, and defers mem::forget until the loop completes. If that conversion panics, unwinding drops both the moved value and the still-live source array, double-freeing the element and terminating the process.
