Memory exposure via uninitialized reader buffer

Out-of-bounds read in the bra crate before 0.1.1 allows attackers to expose memory through a user-provided Read implementation. GreedyAccessReader::fill_buf passes a mutable slice over uninitialized Vec capacity to the inner Read implementation, which can inspect those bytes. Reachability requires consuming code to call the affected API with a Read implementation that inspects its input buffer; the resulting undefined behavior can disclose memory or crash the process.
