Memory disclosure and crash via unvalidated AVI chunk

Out-of-bounds read in VLC Media Player 3.0.11 allows attackers to expose process memory by supplying a crafted AVI file. AVI_ExtractSubtitle reads a chunk and treats it as an index structure without first verifying that its fourcc identifies an index chunk. Opening or otherwise parsing the file is required; successful exploitation discloses adjacent process memory or crashes the VLC process.
