Browser script execution
Published Feb 3, 2021 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Reflected cross-site scripting in JetBrains TeamCity before 2020.2 allows remote attackers to execute script in a user's browser. JetBrains identifies several affected pages but has not published the request parameters or output-encoding operation that mishandles attacker-controlled input. Exploitation requires a user to follow a crafted request, after which the script runs in the TeamCity origin and can read or alter data available to that user's session.
