Session hijacking via unsanitized email address fields
Published Apr 20, 2021 · Updated Jul 9, 2026
Stored XSS in Adtran Personal Phone Manager 10.8.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in another user's browser. The change-email-address form stores the emailAddress and emailAddress2 POST values and later renders them as HTML without sanitization. Valid credentials are required to submit a payload, and a second user must view the stored value before script can steal a session or modify that user's settings.
