Code execution via unchecked CELL file length

Heap-based buffer overflow in Siemens Tecnomatix RobotExpert before 16.1 allows attackers to execute code when a user opens a crafted CELL file. The CELL parser copies user-supplied data into a fixed-length heap buffer without validating the input length, writing past the allocated structure. Exploitation requires user interaction with a malicious file and runs attacker-controlled code with the privileges of the current process.
