ESN disclosure via unprotected system property

Insecure storage in Property Settings on Samsung Mobile Devices before SMR Nov-2021 Release 1 allows local users to read the ESN. Property Settings retains the sensitive ESN in a system property without privilege protection, so an unprivileged local process can retrieve it. Local low-privileged access is required; the disclosed impact is exposure of the device identifier, not arbitrary data access.
