TEE compromise via unchecked SMC caller

Code injection in Samsung Mobile Devices before SMR Oct-2021 Release 1 allows local users to compromise the TEE through a Widevine TA. TEEGRIS Secure OS improperly accepts an SMC call through the Widevine trusted application without correctly checking its caller. Exploitation requires high local privileges on selected Android 9, 10, or 11 devices with Exynos or MediaTek chipsets and can cross into the TEE to expose or alter protected data without interrupting service.
