Stack-based buffer overflow in Samsung Mobile Devices before SMR Oct-2021 Release 1 allows local users to execute arbitrary code. The Widevine trustlet accepts attacker-controlled input without the boundary checks needed to keep writes within a stack buffer. Exploitation requires high privileges on a selected Android 10 or 11 device with an Exynos chipset and permits code execution in the trustlet context.
