Improper access control in Samsung Electronics PENUP before 3.8.00.18 allows local users to load arbitrary webpages in a WebView. Samsung identifies the affected locus only as the app's WebView and has not disclosed the access-control operation that accepts an arbitrary page. Exploitation is local and requires no PENUP privilege, and the published impact is limited to changing WebView-loaded content.
