Information disclosure in NetworkPolicyManagerService on Samsung Mobile Devices with Android 9 through 11 allows local users to obtain IMSI data. The affected intent can be hijacked as a PendingIntent, granting an unprivileged application access to protected IMSI data. Exploitation requires a local malicious application and user interaction; the resulting access is limited to IMSI disclosure.
