Information exposure in Samsung Members allows local users to read chat data through an untrusted application on affected Android devices. Samsung has not disclosed the affected component or the access-control operation that lets the application cross the app boundary and retrieve the data. The untrusted application must execute on the same device; affected releases are before 2.4.85.11 on Android 8.1 and earlier and before 3.9.10.11 on Android 9.0 and later.
