Published Jun 11, 2021 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Information disclosure in Samsung Watch Active Plugin before 2.2.07.21033151 allows local users with log access to read a Wi-Fi password. The plugin writes the smartphone's connected Wi-Fi password into its log instead of excluding the credential from logged data. Access requires local log permissions, and the exposed credential enables access to the associated Wi-Fi network.
