Arbitrary file read via decoded path traversal

Path traversal in CallBGProvider on Samsung Mobile Devices R(11.0) allows local users to read arbitrary files with UID 1001 privileges. The provider leaves its custom permission at Android's normal protection level and uses a decoded final URI path segment for file access without rejecting traversal sequences. An attacker-controlled app installed on the device can therefore read files available to the telephony UID, including the SMS/MMS database, without remote reachability or user interaction.
