Arbitrary notification changes via missing lock-screen authorization

Missing authorization in Samsung Mobile Devices on Android 10 allows physically proximate attackers to set arbitrary lock-screen notifications. The lock-screen Notification setting accepts physical configuration changes without performing the authorization check required to alter notifications. Physical access to an affected Android 10 device is required, and the documented consequence is limited to changing displayed notifications.
