Intent redirection in Samsung Account before 10.8.0.4 or 12.2.0.9 allows local users to read contacts and file-provider data. Samsung identifies SettingWebView as the affected component but has not published which redirected intent fields cross the contacts and file-provider authorization boundary. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access to an affected Samsung Android device, and the documented consequence is limited to reading contacts and file-provider data.
