Improper authorization in Samsung Mobile Smart Manager before 11.0.05.0 allows local users to access files with system privileges. The disclosed locus is the Android FileProvider configuration, whose improper settings expose privileged files to an invoking application. A local application context is required, and the published impact is limited to unauthorized file access; Samsung has not disclosed the affected paths or access mode.
