CVE-2021-25394Known exploitation

Arbitrary memory write via charger-driver use-after-free

Published Jun 11, 2021 · Updated Oct 21, 2025

Use-after-free in the MFC charger driver in Samsung Mobile Devices before SMR MAY-2021 Release 1 allows local users to write memory. A driver race lets concurrent operations access freed memory because required synchronization points are absent, enabling an arbitrary write. Exploitation requires compromised radio privilege on selected Exynos or Qualcomm devices and can corrupt memory within the affected security scope.
