Code execution via scmn_mfal_read buffer overflow

Heap-based buffer overflow in Samsung Mobile Devices before SMR MAY-2021 Release 1 allows remote attackers to execute code in mediaextractor. The scmn_mfal_read() function in libsapeextractor inadequately validates input before a buffer operation, permitting a heap overflow. Affected Android 8.1, 9.x, 10.0, and 11.0 devices require no authentication or user interaction, and successful exploitation runs arbitrary code in the mediaextractor process.
