Improper authorization in Samsung Account before 10.8.0.4 or 12.1.1.3 allows local users to perform unauthorized actions. A local application can hijack the unsafe PendingIntent, causing Samsung Account to perform an action without the permission otherwise required. The flaw affects builds before 10.8.0.4 on Android 9 and earlier and before 12.1.1.3 on Android 10 and later; Samsung has not disclosed the specific action.
