Improper access control in Samsung Slow Motion Editor before 3.5.18.5 allows local users to perform unauthorized actions. The Android Q app creates an unsafe PendingIntent that another local app can hijack instead of restricting the delegated action. Exploitation requires a malicious app on the same device; Samsung does not identify the exact action or protected resource exposed.
