Improper permission checking in Samsung Internet before 13.0.1.60 allows physically proximate attackers to read internal-storage files. The browser's otherwise undisclosed permission-grant path authorizes file access without confirming that the requester holds the Android STORAGE permission. Physical access and user interaction are required, and the reported consequence is limited to unauthorized file disclosure.
