Arbitrary file access via unprotected clipboard provider

Improper access control in Samsung Mobile Devices allows attackers to read or write arbitrary files through untrusted apps. The exported SemClipboardProvider accepts an app-supplied _data path and returns a file descriptor without checking the caller UID or requiring a provider permission. Exploitation requires execution of an untrusted application on an affected device and bypasses Linux permissions or SELinux for the chosen file.
