Stored XSS via unrestricted reference URL schemes

Stored XSS in MISP 2.4.136 allows attackers to execute JavaScript in a user's browser through a malicious Galaxy element reference. The Galaxy element index renders every refs value as an anchor href after HTML escaping but without restricting the URL scheme, so javascript URLs remain executable. An attacker must be able to add a reference and persuade an authenticated viewer to click it, enabling script execution in that viewer's MISP origin.
