Application crash via unchecked SGI RLE bounds

Out-of-bounds read in Pillow 4.3.0 through 8.1.0 allows remote attackers to crash image-processing applications via crafted SGI files. SgiRleDecode.c trusts SGI row offsets and RLE chunk counts without verifying that source reads remain within the input buffer. The affected application must decode attacker-controlled SGI RLE image data; the documented consequence is a crash, not data disclosure or modification.
