Memory disclosure or crash via undersized J2K buffer

Out-of-bounds read in Pillow 2.4.0 through 8.1.2 allows remote attackers to expose process memory or crash image-processing services. Jpeg2KDecode calculates its tile buffer from the component count instead of summing each band's byte width, so j2ku_gray_i reads beyond the undersized allocation while shuffling decoded pixels. Exploitation requires a consuming application to decode a crafted multi-band JPEG 2000 image with unequal component widths; network reachability depends on that application's input path.
