Managing-port disclosure via web console access control

Improper access control in Trend Micro Apex One 2019 on-prem allows remote attackers to disclose the agent managing port via the web console. The console listens on TCP port 4343 by default and returns managing-port information without authenticating the requester. No user interaction is required, and the reported consequence is limited to information disclosure without data modification or service interruption.
