Configuration-file disclosure via unauthenticated web-console download

Improper access control in Apex One 2019 and SaaS, OfficeScan XG SP1, and Worry-Free Business Security 10.0 SP1 exposes a configuration download file. The Trend Micro web console, which listens on TCP port 4343 by default, serves the specific download without enforcing the required access control. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful requests disclose only information contained in that configuration file.
