Unauthenticated code execution via dangerous file upload

Arbitrary file upload in SourceCodester Alumni Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to execute code through manage_event.php. The endpoint accepts a dangerous uploaded file and leaves it web-accessible without enforcing a safe file type, enabling the uploaded code to run. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation grants code execution in the web server's security context.
