Remote code execution via unrestricted package upload

Unrestricted file upload in SourceCodester Travel Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code. The updatepackage.php handler accepts an attacker-controlled executable file without restricting dangerous types, leaving it executable by the web server. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful upload grants code execution in the web server's security context.
